5/7/5 Haiku. In Greek mythology, the Sirens were beautiful yet dangerous creatures, who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island.

    1. Actually the original post had 5-7-5 format, but later I learnt that it was missing a word that affected the meaning. Ill change it. I’m glad you k liked it. I enjoyed reading your blog so keep up the good work.

    1. Anita, I enjoyed your poetry because it reminds me of my own ( not on the site ). Your poems focusing on antiques, physical objects stick in time captures what I write in my notebook. Although my blog doesn’t have any such poetry, my bedside post its are overrun by them. Your stuff inspired me, and maybe in the near future I may upload poems of this kind. Thanks😃
